In 1998 AD, the region was chosen to establish the Lisbon International Fair, which made interest in the region increase, as hotels and attractive tourist areas were established, and the Nations Park became one of the most important Portuguese landmarks to attract tourists.
There is inside it the original Expo Park with many interactive water fairs and children's play areas. The whole area is open and quiet and comfortable. there is inside it also the Vasco da Gama shopping center.
Inside it there is also a tower through which you can explore the entire place and some of the surrounding areas, and there is also the largest fish lake in the world.
The Nations Park overlooks the mouth of the Tagus River, where there are tourist boats for cruises in the river, and there are also historical ships to dock inside the river for lovers of culture and history.
