It is organized in the Moroccan capital, Rabat, between May and June under the patronage of King "Mohammed VI", which is organized by the International Company of Maghrieb Al Thaqafat.
"Mawazine Festival" is the second largest music festival in the world, and the largest festival in the Arab world and Africa.
The festival receives annually in the cities of Rabat and Salé the most prominent and best names in Arab and international music, as well as the best Moroccan artists.
The festival represents an important opportunity for Moroccan musicians and singers, especially young people to highlight their talents.
This festival constitutes a cultural event, as it supports the Kingdom's values of tolerance, openness, respect and dialogue. It also contributes to strengthening the local economic fabric by encouraging the activity of professionals in the tourism sector and developing professions related to music and festivals.
