- The library aims to provide various information resources necessary to offer informational and bibliographic services to the public of intellectuals and scholars in the geographical area in which it is located, in addition to providing the service of external lending of books to members of the sub-library.

The library receives school visits to familiarize students of the importance of the library and ways to use it and to identify its contents and ways to benefit from it.
