Al Busayrah
Historical overview:
Qirqisia or Karkisium: one of the districts of Diyar Rabi`ah, which is all between Al-Hira and Al-Sham.
It is (currently the town of Al Busayrah), a small Syrian city at the mouth of the Al Khabur River in the Euphrates River. Today, it is an archaeological ruin near the Syrian city of Deir ez-Zor.
