Overview

National Science Centre or as it is known in Malaysian as (Pusat Sains Negara) is located in Bukit Kiara in Kuala Lumpur. the National Science Centre building space amounts to 8 hectors on the top of a hill. The National Science Centre construction ended in 1996 where a branch for the National Science Centre was opened in 2010 in Mount Keriang. The main aim of the science centre is to promote greater understanding and interest in science and technology. The building resembles a truncated cone capped with a geodesic dome. Among the themes featured in the exhibition galleries are an environmental odyssey, pathways to discovery, future world, and thinking machines.
