Historic overview:
It was said that it is a land for Bani Selim, and it witnessed one of the Battles of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace as Zayd ibn Haritha was sent to invade it. The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, passed through it in the immigration (Al-Hijra).
Current location:
Al-Jumum Governorate is one of the governorates of Mecca, in the Tihamah region, located in the northwest of Mecca and about 25 km away from it.
Al Jumum: It was a flowing spring, abundant in the water, in Dhahran, and a major station for pilgrims.
