Al-Kadid Day: It is from the days of the Arabs, and Al Kadid is located over forty-two miles from Mecca. Ibn Ishaq said: The Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, walked to Mecca during Ramadan and he fasted and his companions fasted also, and when they became in Al Kadid, between Asfan and Amaj, they took their breakfast.

Al-Kadeed: Today it is known as Al Hamd which is a land between Asfan and Khulais, at a distance of (90) kilometres from Mecca, on Medina Road.
