The giant bridge in Constantine, inaugurated by Prime Minister Abdelmalek Sallal on the side-lines of the operational and inspection visit that led him to the province, turned into a tourist destination par excellence on the first days of its entry into service after nearly four years of completion.
This gigantic art facility, which is the largest artistic project on the continental level, experienced a relentless movement immediately after its inauguration, as it entered into service directly after the departure of the ministerial delegation.
