Overview:
The plateau of Lalla Setti, Tlemcen, rises 600 meters above sea level, and it is one of Algeria's favourite tourist destinations in the city.
Lalla Setti is located in Tlemcen in the midst of a beautiful green tourist forest, and it is one of the sites used by the locals to revive the evenings of the holy month of Ramadan.
The name of the plateau is due to one of the righteous women of the city whose tomb was placed in it to honor the great services that she provided to the residents of the city. The tomb of the righteous woman was transformed into a shrine that would be visited by everyone who visited the region, and thus Lalla Setti plateau in Tlemcen added the legendary woman to the icons of the history of Tlemcen.
