Al Hutaia Well – Al Ghat

Historic overview:
It is an ancient well, named after this poet Al-Hutaia, whose grave is located next to the well.
Current location:
The well is located on the eastern bank of the Merkh Valley in the southeast of the Old City, Al-Ghat, dating back more than 1400 years.
It is an ancient well with a majestic shape; it is folded with rocks to protect it from collapse, with a diameter of more than a meter and a depth of five meters or so, and near the well you can find some Thamodic inscriptions and carved drawings, dating back to more than 900 BC.
