Historic overview:
Mahmoud Said Museum is one of the most famous museums in Alexandria and the most wonderful tourist place.
The complex includes three museums: The Museum of Artist Mahmoud Said who is one of the pioneers of plastic art in the modern era, the Museum of Artists Adham and Saif Wanli, and the Museum of Egyptian Modern Art.
It was opened in Mahmoud Saeed Palace in Janaklis in 2000 AD.
It displays museum history, artists, and important dates in their lives and presents seminars and exhibits.
The museum of the artist Mahmoud Saeed displays more than 40 personal works of him, and the museum was basically his house in which he lived and it is in the beautiful Italian style.
