Overview:
It is the first water supply (sabil) built during the reign of Sultan Suleiman the Magnificent in "Beykoz", but it was vandalized and some parts were destroyed, to be restored by Ishaq Agha during the reign of Sultan Mahmud the First, and that is why it was named after him.
You can also notice the beauty of Ottoman architecture through the colours and floral motifs decorating the sabil.
