Pharos University
Overview:
It is the first private Egyptian university in Alexandria established by Presidential Decree No. 252 of 2006 and Republican Decree No. 302 of 2009. It is accredited and has equivalent degrees from the Supreme Council of Egyptian Universities and the Ministry of Higher Education
The university was established according to the latest international standards and was equipped with the highest level of advanced educational laboratories.
Pharos University has signed a set of cooperation agreements with advanced European and American universities to take advantage of modern education methods, continuous development in various sciences, and the application of international quality systems.
Students and faculty members are being exchanged between Pharos and the various universities to benefit from the experiences of other universities for further development.
Pharos University aims to provide educational opportunities of a distinguished level that help students to develop their skills and knowledge and enable its graduates to serve their communities and develop the productivity of their institutions by achieving integration between educational, research and applied capabilities.
