It was established in Alexandria 45 years ago and started its activity in Alexandria on the 28th of February 1972, in the fields of education, training, scientific research, consulting and community service.

The Academy provides services to students and scholars from all countries of the Arab and African world.

The headquarters of the Academy spread in Egypt in Alexandria, Cairo, Smart Village, South Valley, Port Said, El Alamein.

In the educational process, the Academy adopts the latest modern educational methods in order to qualify its students to keep pace with the global development in various fields of technology, which represents the mission of the Academy in providing graduates at the highest level of competence and scientific and practical experience for different labour markets.

Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport has become the largest educational institution in the Middle East in terms of the number of students enrolled and graduates from it, as the Academy succeeded in breaking barriers between countries by creating an appropriate educational environment that contributed to the integration of students despite their different cultures.
