Overview:

• " Generations Heritage Museum" is the most private museum in Abha in terms of construction cost, as its establishment cost reached two million Saudi riyals.

• In addition to its archaeological and heritage collections, which attract about 5 thousand visitors during the summer vacation, most of them school and university students, the museum includes a market for the products of the productive families, including the popular foods for which Abha and the Asir region in general.

• The museum is located in the villages of Bani Malik, 14.1 km from the city center of Abha, and it belongs to Abdullah Mushabab Al Mallah Asiri.

Architectural description:

The museum consists of a separate building with two main halls; The first is 12m x 9m, and the second is 6m x 8m, while the owner is building a third hall.

• The museum display is varied by using well-styled glass display cabinets and stands.

• The museum contains: old manuscripts and documents, currencies, jewelry and silverware, in addition to weapons and war tools of all kinds, old telephones, traditional clothes, agricultural tools, the kitchen, weights, scales, wreaths, brass and various leather goods.
