Architectural description:
• The hall stands on a hill that has a panoramic view of Hakodate Bay. It is a two-story wooden structure with a beautiful contrast of blue-gray walls and yellow window frames. It is built in colonial style with large windows and balconies arranged symmetrically on the right and left of the front porch.
