Bab Sidi Boujida
Overview:
It is one of the gates of the historic city of Fez, and it had another ancient name, the "Bani Musafer" gate.
Before that, it was called “Bab Abi Sufyan” at the beginning of its construction. Perhaps the name “Bani Musafir” goes back to the name of an Arab tribe or clan that used to settle in or near the place where the gate was located.
