It is one of the gates of the Fez El-Jdid in Fez, and one of the entrances to Fez El-Jdid from the direction of Mechouar and Jnan Sabil.
It is located in the north of Fez El-Jdid and was previously closed to protect the Darb Dekkakin shops from looting.
