Qena Governorate

- Qena governorate is considered one of the governorates of the South Valley in the Arab Republic of Egypt, which has a significant amount of the basic and necessary elements which are important for economic and social development, as there are mineral wealth, agricultural crops, reclaimable lands, many places and tourist monuments, in addition to the availability of manpower in various disciplines.

The total area of the governorate is 9,565 km2, and the inhabited area is 1,356 km2.

Qena Governorate is characterized by its dry climate in summer and warm in winter.
