Ibn Saad said in Rabi 'al-Akher, the sixth year, they said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, sent Muhammad bin Maslamah to Bani Tha'lba and Bani Awan, and Zu Al Qassa between it and Medina is twenty-four miles in the way of Al Rabatha.
