- "Dar al-Sanayeh" was associated with the Spanish artist "Don Mariano Bertucci", who was appointed director of the school in 1930 AD, and worked to improve it by constructing a beautiful garden in it, beautifying its building and working on carpeting its land. He also did not miss engraving its ceilings with beautiful colors and decorating its roots with mosaics.

- Because of the ancient traditional industries that it produces and its location in the center of the city, "Dar al-Sanayeh" has been able to be a place for many exhibitions of traditional industry, and it is also a destination for many Arab and foreign tourists as one of the ancient tourist places in the city of "Tetouan".
