St. Peter's Basilica
Overview:
Saint Peter's Basilica is a cathedral located in Rabat, the capital of Morocco, on the Golan Square, formerly Cardinal Lavigerie Square, in the Hassan district, which is the seat of the Diocese of Rabat.
The cathedral was built during the French protectorate in Morocco, and the first stone was laid in 1919 by the architect "Adrian Laforgue", brother of the poet "Jules Laforgue".
The inauguration ceremony was presided over on November 17, 1921 AD by the Resident General "Hubert Leoti", and the first religious services were held in November of the same year.
The two arrows seen from afar in Rabat were not originally present, which were completed in the 1930s.
It is still in service, and the thorough celebration is always held in it.
