New Delhi

It is the capital of India and is the second city in India after Mumbai. It is located in the north of the country and has a population of about 249,998.

New Delhi is the headquarters of the executive, legislative and judicial branches of India.

Delhi was established in the year 1911 by two of the most famous architects in the world at this time, Edwin Letins and Herbert Baker, and it was named New Delhi in the year 1917 AD.

It is described as Microcosm of India, it is one of the world's foremost cities in arts, commerce, education, entertainment, fashion, finance and business, media, professional services, scientific research and development. Transportation and tourism contribute to its importance.

The average temperature in the city during the summer ranges between thirty-six degrees Celsius and twenty-five degrees Celsius, and the summer season starts from mid-March to the end of June, and the winter season extends from late November, and continues until mid-February. January is the coldest month of the year.

The city combines modern buildings and skyscrapers on one side, and historical, archaeological and ancient monuments on the other side.
