Barcelona

Barcelona located on the northeast coast of the Iberian Peninsula, on the coast between the mouths of the rivers Llobregat and Besòs.

It is 160 k.m away from Pyrenees Mountain, it is the second largest city in Spain after Madrid and the capital of Barcelona province and of Catalonia autonomous community.

Barcelona's population is 1,615,448 people, but the population of the city and its suburbs is more than 4,000,000 people. The city hosted the 1992 Summer Olympics.
