Overview:

• The religious complex that bears his name was built in different periods, as the school and mosque date back to 1605 AD, while the fountain and the zawiya (the houses in which the students live and worship) are older.

• The facade of the "Sidi Bel Abbas" fountain is covered with gypsum, and it extends over five arches that allow entry to the fountain.

• The floor is completely covered with tile, while a wooden beam protrudes from the ceiling, a row of exposed carved tiles adorning the upper part of the exterior facade of the corner, and access to it is also protected by an especially elaborate network.
